• Herb suggestions for birth and postpartum.

• Attending the birth and providing physical and emotional support.

  1 postpartum meeting three hours if wanted which includes.

• Holding space for you to share and process your birth.

• Referrals for extra support if needed.

• Giving information about baby and healing.

• Support with other children and newborn.

• Feeding baby support.

• Provide household support such as cleaning, laundry and organizing.
